REHAB WATER TREATMENT, SARATOGA NFH, CO: Work includes but not limited to: Demolition and Removal: 1. Remove two pumps and all associated piping, valves and controls. 2. Remove two UV treatment units and all associated piping, valves and controls 3. Remove two drum filters and all associated piping, valves and controls. 4. Remove two packed columns and two sealed columns and support structure. 5. Remove pipes identified on drawings. 6. Remove standby generator. 7. Remove two courses of damaged CMU Block on the north side of the building. 8. Remove existing bar grating and support framing identified on drawings. 6. Remove existing dissolved oxygen (DO), water level (WL), water temperature (WT) sensing and alarm systems identified on drawings. New Installations: 1. Install new concrete equipment pad. 3. Install new extension of existing two level concrete equipment pad. 4. Install new bar grating platform. 5. Install new guardrails at bar grating platform. 6. Install two new pumps with variable speed drive. 8. Install one new open channel UV system and controls. 9. Install two new drum filters and controls. 10. Install new gas management tower and service support assembly. 11. Install new piping identified on drawings. 12. Install new standby generator. 13. Install new courses of CMU Block on the north side of the building. 14. Install new dissolved oxygen (DO), water temperature (WT) and water level sensors (WL), radon detection (RD) and alarm system including all components, devices, alarms, notifications and programming identified on drawings and specifications. 15. Install new solid platforms over open channels identified on drawings. 16. Install new FRP paneling identified on drawings. All work will be in accordance with the project specifications and drawings. We expect the project documents to be available on/about 18 Apr.
