MIGRATORY BIRD BANDING-PARKER RIV NWR, MA The Department of Interior, US Fish and Wildlife Service, Parker River NWR, MA intends to award on an other than full and open competition basis the following: Migratory songbird banding station operations. This banding station operates as a partnership between the USFWS and the Massachusetts Audubon Society. This is for fall banding operation only. Duties include songbird capture by mist netting, banding and data collection, coordination and supervision of all volunteers and submission of a final detailed report.
