AGALINIS DECEMLOBA SURVEYS - ESFO, NY The US Fish and Wildlife Service intends to award a firm fixed price contract to John Hays, Pueblo CO, to conduct surveys of Agalinis Decemloba during the 2021 growing season for the US Fish and Wildlife Service, New York Field Office, Cortland NY. Vendor has unique expertise in Agalinis Decemloba taxonomy and field identification. This requirement will be awarded as a firm fixed price purchase order. This is not a solicitation; however, firms with expressed interest, capability and expertise required may respond.
