A written solicitation will be issued and attached to this posting for reference only. This RFQ falls under procedures in FAR Parts 12 and 13. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is requesting quotes for Fire System Inspections and Testing Services (to include fire extinguisher and smoke alarm testing and inspections, and repairs upon approval, per the attached statement of work. Vendor shall provide with their quote how many years¿ experience they have performing this or similar services to show their qualifications and ability to perform what is required within the statement of work. Vendor shall only provide a quote for annual testing/inspection lines 10, 30, 50, 70 and 90 on the Standard Form1449. Lines 20, 40, 60, 80 and 100 for repairs will not be known until vendor performs inspection/testing services each year and identifies any repairs required. Contractor shall provide documentation of license/certification from the applicable authority to perform the entire scope of work, to include their ability in working on the Simplex 4005 alarm system.
