A written solicitation will be issued and attached to this posting for reference only. This RFQ falls under procedures in FAR Parts 12 and 13. This document incorporates provisions and clauses updated by way of the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05, effective Mar 10, 2021. This requirement is set aside for small businesses. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 325320, Pesticide and Other Agricultural Chemical Manufacturing and the business size standard is 1000. This announcement constitutes the Government's only official notice of this procurement. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this synopsis. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is requesting quotes for the application of an aquatic herbicide per the attached statement of work. Period of Performance: 1 Jun ¿ 30 Jul 2021 The basis for award is lowest price technically acceptable. Vendor shall provide all licensing documents requested in the statement of work with their quote. If vendor is providing an OR EQUAL product, vendor shall provide enough information about the substitute so a technical evaluation can be determined.
