The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Division of Acquisition, Construction and AE Operations is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Decommissioning of Lower Peverly Dam, Great Bay NWR, NH This action is being solicited as a Full and Open Competition with all Business sizes. There is a 15% preference being given for SDVOSB (Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses) as part of the solicitation to promote this program. The primary NAICS code is 238910 Site Preparation Contractors, with a size standard of $16.50 million. This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 36 ¿Construction¿ and FAR Part 15, ¿Contracting by Negotiation¿. In accordance with FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects (c) Between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 This work involves providing all labor, equipment, supplies, and construct as necessary to complete work as defined in the Specifications and Drawings that will be provided when the solicitation is issued. Detailed requirements and/or specifications will be listed within the solicitation. A Firm Fixed Price award is contemplated from this solicitation with an award to the offeror(s) providing the best value, based on 1) Key Personnel 2) Past Performance 3)Technical Approach and 4) Price Proposal (Schedule B).
