The US Fish & Wildlife Service plans to issue RFP 140F0520R0017 for a requirement to conduct surveys for the Mussel population within the upper Niagara River for the New York Ecological Services Field Office. The RFQ will be posted as a total small business set aside under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) of 541620 with a small business size standard of 15 mil. When posted, a Statement of Work, Specifications and related documents will be available for download via the Fed Connect website at: https://www.fedconnect.net/Fedconnect/ Use the search Public Opportunities box to access the solicitation by reference number. Postings will also be linked to Fed Connect via the Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov.
