The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has a requirement to design and install a Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system to monitor the water wells, flow meters and power systems at Entiat National Fish Hatchery (NFH). Entiat NFH is located at 6970 Fish Hatchery Drive, Entiat, WA 98822 (Chelan County). This will be a Firm Fixed Priced Contract and Award will be based on Past Performance and Price with Past Performance being significantly more important than price.
