This is a Synopsis/Pre-Solicitation notice. The final solicitation package will follow. This opportunity is only available to Small Businesses. The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, Columbia-Pacific Northwest Region 9, has a requirement for the demolition of existing structures and infrastructure and the construction of a new multipurpose building and infrastructure at Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge, Ridgefield, WA (Clark County). This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. This will be a Firm Fixed Priced Contract and Award will be based on Lowest-Price Technically-Acceptable (LPTA). Interested contractors must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management, www.sam.gov) and complete Online Representations and Certifications. A pre-proposal site visit and instructions will be announced with the solicitation. The NAICS code is 236220 ¿ Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and the size standard is $39.5 million. The project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The work will commence within 15 days of Notice to Proceed and be completed within 24 months.
