This opportunity is only available to Small Businesses. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Region 8, has a requirement to remove existing raceway coating and reapply a new coating to the concrete walls and floors of 3 banks of 8¿x80¿ raceways and replace a series of sluice gates at Lahontan National Fish Hatchery, Gardnerville, NV (Douglas County). This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. This will be a Firm Fixed Priced Contract and Award will be based on Lowest-Price Technically-Acceptable (LPTA). The complete Solicitation will be posted to https://beta.sam.gov/ under Contract Opportunities and available on https://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect/Default.htm public opportunities on or about March 9, 2020. Interested contractors must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management, www.sam.gov) and complete Online Representations and Certifications. A pre-proposal site visit will be announced with the solicitation. The NAICS code is 238990 - All Other Specialty Trade Contractors and the size standard is $16.5 million. The project magnitude is between $250,000 and $1,000,000. The work will commence within 15 days of Notice to Proceed and be completed within 60 days. Work shall be started no later than May 1, 2020 and shall be completed by June 30, 2020.
