The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Division of Acquisition, Construction and AE Operations is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Replacement of Water Control Structures #3, 5, & 8 at the Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge, Accomack County, Virginia 23336 This action is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-aside. The primary NAICS code is 237110 Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction,, with a size standard of $ 36.50 million. This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 36 Construction and FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. In accordance with FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects (c) Between $250,000.00 and 500,000.00 This work involves providing all labor, equipment, supplies, and construct as necessary to complete work as defined in the Specifications and Drawings that will be provided when the solicitation is issued. Detailed requirements and/or specifications will be listed within the solicitation. A Firm Fixed Price award is contemplated from this solicitation with an award to the offeror(s) providing the best value, based on 1) Key Personnel 2) Past Performance 3)Technical Approach and 4) Price Proposal (Schedule B). Solicitation package number 140F0520R0004 will include the Solicitation Forms (SF1442), Statement of Work and other attachments as required. Documents will be posted to the https://www.fbo.gov and available on https://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect/Default.htm public opportunities on or about Jan 14, 2020.
