The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order Moore Clark USA dba Bio-Oregon to provide special diet fish feed for the endangered Atlantic salmon for the Green Lake NFH, Ellsworth Maine. This is not a solicitation and an electronic RFQ will be sent directly to the party. Qualified firms with expressed interest and capability may respond; however, information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement on future requirements.
