The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 5 has a requirement to repair and seal HQ parking lot, entrance road and back entrance, and restripe lot at the Iroquois NWR in Basom NY. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, management, and supervision necessary to perform the work IAW scope of work which will be available as part of the RFQ when posted. This procurement opportunity is a total set aside for small business concerns only. The NAICS code corresponding to this work is 238990, with a small business size standard of $15 mil. annually. Construction Wage Rate Requirements (Davis Bacon Act) prevailing wages will apply to this project. The estimated magnitude of construction for this project is under $25,000. An RFQ will be issued on or about May 7, 2019 and will be available at www.fedconnect.net and www.fbo.gov. The solicitation response date will be approximately 30 days from the posting date. All responsible and qualified small businesses may submit a quote for consideration. The Government intends to award a firm fixed-price award to the offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the Government. All contractors must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov in order to receive a contract award. Failure to maintain active status will deem an offeror ineligible for award.
