This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and award. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has a requirement for an on-line news subscription service to provide a source of daily comprehensive, timely, objective journalistic analysis, news, and information on significant policy, legislation, science, legal, regulatory affairs, and industry developments across the environment and energy spectrum related to wildlife/wildlife management/conservation issues. The period of performance will be for a base year, and four option years. This posting is referred to under Request for Proposals (RFP) Number 140F0422R0021. This document is conducted under the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13 incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-0 5 . This requirement is full and open and unrestricted.
