This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and award. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Division of Migratory Bird Management, Laurel, MD has a requirement for Aerial Observers. This will be a Multiple Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The period of performance will be ten years. The maximum ten-year shared ceiling is $2,250,000.00. The individual BPA Call limit is $250,000.00. Any warranted Contracting Officer or authorized purchase cardholder belonging to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service or any of its offices may order against this BPA within their delegated warrant authority, provided the BPA does not exceed the $2,250,000.00. This posting will be referred to under Request for Proposal (RFP) Number 140F0422R0018. This document is conducted under the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13 incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-04. This requirement is full and open and unrestricted.
