This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) has a requirement to provide daily news service. This service is to provide online access to all FWS employees. The anticipated performance period is two years which includes a one-year base period and one-year option period.
