Response to this announcement is strictly voluntary; no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this sources sought announcement or any follow-up information requests. The Government anticipates conducting a competitive acquisition for this requirement. Repair or replace the racking system. New support structure need to comply with ASCE7-2016 code and be able to withstand winds speeds up to 175MPH. 2. Pour concrete slab bellow the PV module. 2" reinforce concrete. 3,000PSI 3. Replace 259, 290 watt PV panels. Utilize new designed support hardware for PV panels for high wind environment. 4. Replace damaged 80 KW generator with similar 80 KW generator to include an aluminum enclosure with 415 gallon diesel tank. 5. Replace damaged batteries with Tesvolt Li-Ion 480MWh battery system compatible for CMA System installed. 6. Label and tag all electrical components, conduits and wiring as per NEC requirements for PV system 7. Contractor shall repair or install new grounding system as needed. 8. Replace the roof and walls of the electrical room. The damaged metal wall will be replaced with concrete block. Entire building will be painted. Coordinate color with refuge manager. 9. Replace all five (5) doors of the electrical room. 10. Install two exhaust fans. 11. Install four wall louvers. 12. Replace 300' of chain link fence. 13. Contractor shall provide three copies of as-built drawings post construction. Firms interested in the project should possess the following specialized skills and experience, in their responses to this Notice. Criterion A - Describe your experience with photovoltaic Distribution System Repairs. Provide sample projects with a contract value of more than $500,000 that demonstrate completing the project on time and on budget, taking into account problems encountered on the identified contracts and the offeror's corrective actions. Criterion B - Describe your experience as it relates to repair and/or constructions from previous projects located in Puerto Rico. Criterion C ¿ Estimate the cost of construction for the project.
