The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (USFWS) Joint Administrative Operations, Acquisition and Property Operations, Construction / A&E Operations located at 911 NE 11th Ave. Portland, OR 97232 intends to issue a Request for Proposal for one firm fixed price construction contract for removal and replacement of fencing at Bear Lake National Wildlife Refuge near Paris, Idaho. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238990 and the small business size standard is $39.5 Million. The basis of award will be the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) pursuant to FAR 15.101-2. The technical evaluation factors are expected to be Past Experience and Past Performance. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or around 06/26/2022, with a due date approximately 30 days later. Award is expected to be made around 08/15/2022.
