The upcoming solicitation will be a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a firm fixed price non-commercial items construction contract for Miller Island Restoration of Hydrology in Klamath County, Oregon. The magnitude of this construction project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The NAICS code is 237990 and the small business size standard is $39.50. The basis of the award will be the lowest price technically acceptable in accordance with FAR Part 15, to result in an award to the responsible quoter pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. The solicitation is expected to be issued on or about June 2, 2021 with an anticipated proposal due date approximately 30 days after. Award is expected to be made within 30 days of the proposal due date. The performance period of the resulting contract will begin from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed (NTP) through December 15, 2021.
