This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Portland, OR has a requirement for asbestos abatement, containment, removal, and disposal, lead containing paint and lead containing material abatement, containment, removal, and disposal, and structure demolition, removal, and disposal for multiple on-site structures. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE and is conducted under the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13, incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-02. The NAICS code is 562910 and the small business size standard is $22.0 Million. All responsible small business sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Award will be made as a firm-fixed-price contract. The basis of award is the best value to the Government when considering Price, Technical Capability, Past Experience, Technical Approach, and Past Performance. Award will be made to a responsible source pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. Prospective contractors are urged and encouraged to visit the site prior to providing a quotation.
