This procurement action is a small business set aside and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP) and incorporated provisions and clauses that are in effect through FAC2020-04 and prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6. The anticipated award will be an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Rental Equipment with Operator services for brush grinding projects. The location of the work will be within the St. Croix Wetland Management District, located in three counties in west central Wisconsin. The counties include Polk, St. Croix and Dunn. The brush grinding Projects will be located on waterfowl production areas and projects may also be located on Necedah National Wildlife Refuge in Wisconsin and Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge in Minnesota. The work consists of mechanical grinding of stump, brush, and logging slash. The term of the contract will be for a base year and four option years. The maximum dollar amount for the total performance period of the contract shall not exceed $300,000.00. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238910 with a small business size standard of 15.0.
