WI FWS TREMPEALEAU NWR GARAGE ADDITION PROJECT TITLE: Trempealeau - Construct and Renovate Garage PROJECT LOCATION: Trempealeau National Wildlife Refuge W28488 Refuge Road Trempealeau, WI 54661-7246 ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE: The estimated magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $250,000.00 and 500,000.00. PROJECT CONSISTS OF: This work includes, but is not limited to, project mobilization and demobilization, project management and oversight, and removal of waste generated during performance of the work. The work includes supplying all labor, materials, and equipment necessary and required to construct a one stall shop addition, with office and restroom, onto an existing three stall garage, and renovate the existing garage. Renovations include a new roof and siding to match the addition, along with new overhead doors and personnel doors, upgrading electrical and fire notification systems. Included work will be general construction work, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and civil work. SOCIAL ECONOMIC PROGRAMS: This procurement is set-aside exclusively for Small Business concerns. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction.
