Description: PRE SOLICITATION NOTICE PROJECT TITLE: Detroit Lakes WMD-IDIQ Equipment Rental W Operator PROJECT LOCATION: FWS Detroit Lakes WMD 26624 North Tower Road Detroit Lakes, MN 56501-7959 ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE: The estimated magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. PROJECT: The Detroit Lakes Wetland Management District and the Hamden Slough, Rydell, and Glacial Ridge National Wildlife Refuges are seeking an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for the rental of equipment with operator for wetland restorations, repair of wetland restorations, and maintenance of water control structures, and maintenance and repair of wetland restorations, ditches and tiles; tree removal and general earth moving; and building site demolition and site reclamation within Becker, Clay, Mahnomen, Norman and Polk counties in northwest Minnesota. This IDIQ contract will include the equipment with operator in order to perform the requested activities as specified in task orders issued against this contract. This IDIQ contract is proposed for one (1) base year with up to four (4) option years. The base year will begin when the IDIQ contract is awarded and end one year from date of award. The option years will be 2023 - 2026 and are not guaranteed but will be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government.
