PRE SOLICITATION NOTICE PROJECT TITLE: DeSoto Pavement Rehab PROJECT LOCATION: U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service DeSoto National Wildlife Refuge 1424 316th Lane Missouri Valley, IA 51555-7033 ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE: The estimated magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. PROJECT CONSISTS OF: The project includes the reparation of two washout areas, which include a total of approximately 400 lineal feet of asphalt roadway. The roadway replacement includes, removal and replacement of damaged pavement, base material, geotextile, riprap placement, and culvert extensions. Pavement markings must also be restored on the new pavement sections as required. SOCIOECONOMIC PROGRAMS: This procurement is set-aside exclusively for Small Business concerns.
