Description: PRE SOLICITATION NOTICE PROJECT TITLE: IDIQ contract for the maintenance and rehabilitation of roads and associated infrastructure PROJECT LOCATION: FWS Crab Orchard NWR 8588 Route 148 Marion, IL 62959-5822 ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE: The estimated magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $1,000.,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. PROJECT: Crab Orchard National Wildlife Refuge Complex (CONWR) is seeking an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for the maintenance and rehabilitation of roads and associated infrastructure on and around CONWR. This IDIQ contract will include the furnishing of all plant, labor, equipment, transportation, supplies, and material to perform the requested maintenance and rehabilitation activities as specified in delivery orders issued against this contract. The IDIQ contract is proposed for one (1) base year with up to four (4) option years. The option years are not guaranteed and may be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government SOCIOECONOMIC PROGRAMS: This procurement is set-aside exclusively for Small Business concerns. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction $39.50 Request for Proposal Package (RFP), will be available at no cost via electronic commerce at https://beta.SAM.gov on or about April 13, 2022.
