PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE PROJECT TITLE: Construction of Feed Storage Building PROJECT LOCATION: FWS Neosho National Fish Hatchery 520 East Park Street Neosho, MO 64850-2322 ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE: The estimated magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. PROJECT CONSISTS OF: This work includes, but is not limited the construction of an approximately 2,000 square feet wood framed Feed Storage building with attached Garage. The building shall have metal roofing and steel siding. The project shall also include work such as asphalt paving, mechanical & electrical systems. SOCIOECONOMIC PROGRAMS: This procurement is set-aside exclusively for Small Business concerns.
