The purpose of this amendment is to provide a link to access the attachments due to Attachment 2 being unavailable in the original announcement; No questions were received by RFI due date; all other terms and conditions, to include closing date, remain unchanged. The Contractor shall furnish materials, labor, equipment, and superintendence for the work described below and within the construction documents. The work includes but is not limited to: project mobilization and demobilization, project management and oversite, demolition, construction of items described below, quality control, cleanup, and removal of all debris and waste generated during performance of the work. The work includes, but is not limited to: 1-Demolish two fishing platforms and replacing with new fishing platforms; 2-Demolish one canoe launch platform and replace with new canoe launch platform; 3-Remove and replace rip rap at curb cuts. This RFQ is a Total Small Business Set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction with a small business size standard of $39.5 Million. The location of the project site is Winona County, Minnesota. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to participate in this requirement. The SAM can be found at https://www.sam.gov. Payments will be made via Electronic Funds Transfer using the data within the SAM registration database.
