The purpose of this amendment is to: 1) provide Attachment 07-Quote Sheet; 2) provide Attachment 08-Questions and Answers; 3) extend the due date for quotes to Friday, July 02, 2021 at 5:00PM ES; 4) replace the point of contact information to arrange a site visit; all other terms and conditions remain unchanged. The work includes but is not limited to: Site characterization via soil sampling; excavation and sieving approximately 30 cubic yards of soil for bullet and bullet fragments from the berms face; excavation and disposal of approximately 35 cubic yards of the entire berm and range as special waste, confirmation sampling via soil and groundwater sampling for metals; providing a written Corrective Action Completion Report; and obtain a No Further Action letter from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency as part of the Site Remediation Program. The estimated magnitude for this project is between $15,000.00 and $50,000.00. This requirement is set-aside for small business under the NAICS code 562910 with a small business size standard of $22 Million.
