The Contractor shall furnish materials, labor, equipment, and superintendence for the work described below and within the construction documents. The work includes but is not limited to project mobilization and demobilization, project management and oversite, demolition, construction of items described below, quality control, cleanup, and removal of all debris and waste generated during performance of the work. The work includes, but is not limited to the following: 1. Demolition work to include removal of concrete piers and ancillary items. 2. Construction work to include one 8'-0" x 12'-0" preservative treated wood framed platform supported by driven steel piles. 3. Minor site grading and riprap placement. This RFQ is a Total Small Business Set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction with a small business size standard of $39.5 Million. The location of the project site is Trempealeau County, Wisconsin. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to participate in this requirement. The SAM can be found at https://www.sam.gov.
