This requirement is to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to replace the existing concrete boat landings at the Weaver Bottoms and Indian Slough complexes within the Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife and Fish Refuge. This RFQ is a Total Small Business Set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238110 Poured Concrete Foundation and Structure Contractors with a small business size standard of $16.5 Million. The locations of the project sites include both Wabasha County, Minnesota and Buffalo County, Wisconsin. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
