The Small Business Size Standard is $36.5 Million. The proposed project: Plan, Design and Construct a Feed Storage and Office Building for the Williams Creek NFH, Whiteriver, Arizona, 85941-0398, Apache County, consisting of a Feed Storage room, Storage Room, Mud Room, Loading Ramp, Overhead doors, Driveways, Access ramp, Stairs, Offices, Restroom, Break Room, Utilities, and related site improvements and work areas. The Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance/Office (TERO) will apply to project Total estimated square footage is 2,550-3,075. Contract duration is estimated at 414 days. The estimated cost range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The NAICS code is 236220.
