This requirement is to perform renovations to the fire quarters located on the refuge. The work will consist of all labor, equipment, supplies and materials to remove existing concrete patio and post footings, and install new base material, footings and concrete patio slab, and other items, to include the installation of gutters and downspouts. The project site is on Buenos Aires National Wildlife Refuge, which is located in Pima County, near Sasabe, Arizona. This RFQ is a Total Small Business Set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238110 Poured Concrete Foundation and Structure Contractors with a size standard of $15 Million. The estimated magnitude for this construction project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
