The facility will be approximately 2600 sqft. of sprinkled construction. The building will be ADA accessible. Building work also includes mechanical, plumbing, electrical and fire sprinkler/alarm systems. Work will also include demolition of an existing single story with basement structure. Site work will include utilities as applicable and two RV pads with power and water hookups as an alternate.
