REHAB OBSERV TOWER MEDICINE LAKE NWR MT- Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment and supervision to rehabilitate of the observation tower, which was built in 1936, with particular attention to the stairs, landings, guardrails and observation cab. This project will bring the tower up to current building codes and better serve the safety of the public by replacing wood treads, landings and guardrail, and will repair the concrete piers. This tower is used for wildlife observation. This historic observation tower is approximately 484 SQR FT and 100 feet tall with an occupancy classification of U, Utility, and be constructed/rehabilitated under the 2018 IBC. Amendment 0003
