The upcoming solicitation will be a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a firm fixed price non-commercial items construction contract for fence removal and fence installation at Miller Island State Wildlife Area in Klamath County, OR. The magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The NAICS code is 238990 and the small business size standard is $15,000,000. The basis of the award will be the lowest price technically acceptable source selection process in accordance with FAR Part 13 to result in an award to the responsible quoter pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. The solicitation is expected to be issued on or about July 9, 2020 with an anticipated quote due date approximately 14 days after. Award is expected to be made within 30 days of the quote due date. The performance period of the resulting contract will be from the Notice to Proceed (NTP) through approximately September 20, 2021.
