Work will include but is not limited to erosion control, dewatering, dam inspection, dam repair, below grade trenching, perforated conduit for french drain system to include placement and install, backfill, fill, compaction, culvert assembly replacement, and rip rap placement. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 237990 and the small business size standard is $39.5 Million. The basis of award will be the best value to the Government utilizing the lowest price technically acceptable source selection process in accordance with FAR 15.101-2.The work will commence within 15 days of Notice to Proceed and be completed within 365 days. This acquisition is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
