The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has a requirement to replace the current water treatment system which provides potable water to a visitors center. This project will take place at Humboldt National Wildlife Refuge (NWR) 1020 Ranch Road, Loleta, CA 95551 (Humboldt County). This will be a Firm Fixed Priced Contract and award will be based on lowest price technically acceptable basis.
