The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) to solicit for and procure a firm-fixed-price for a contractor to provide Demolition, Removal, and Disposal of the Existing deteriorated Wood Barricade Structure (Photographs 1 and 2) and Design, Construct, and Install a New Replacement Wood Barricade Structure located at Coquille Point Beach, North Stairs. This is a Government Owned Facility on Coquille Point, located off of 8th Street, Bandon, Oregon. The USFWS Refuge has consulted with the Oregon State Parks on permit requirements and no permit is required as it is the Replacement of an Existing Permitted Facility with little or no Structural Changes. The proposed period of performance is 60 days from issuance of the notice to proceed an anticipated start on or about August 31 2020 and for all work to be completed on or about October 31, 2020. Project magnitude is between $25,000 and $50,000. This procurement is being solicited as a Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 238910 with a size standard of $16.5 million or less annually when averaged over a three year period. The work to be performed will be as defined in associated specifications, drawings and other detailed technical attachments when solicitation is issued. Detailed requirements and/or specifications will be listed within the solicitation. A Firm Fixed Price award is contemplated from this solicitation with an award to the offeror(s) providing the best value, based on the evaluation criteria outlined in the solicitation once issued.
