The purpose of this amendment is to do the following: 1) Provide answers to questions received (Attach 08); 2) Extend the due date for quotes to April 10, 2020; 3) Clarify that payment and performance bonds are not required. This requirement is to install one (01) above ground fuel storage tank (Govt Furnished). The scope of the project includes: (1) the removal, disconnection of the electrical, and disposal of one (01) existing 400 gallon tank (see photo); (2) the construction of a new 10ft x 8ft reinforced concrete slab foundation; (3) the installation of one (01) new Government Furnished 500 gallon Above Ground Fuel Storage Tank (AST) to be set, leveled and centered on new concrete pad, the replacement dispensers (pumps and meters) to be connected to the existing electrical connections, with correct signage and labels placed on tanks.
