U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Portland, OR has a requirement for security monitoring services located at Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge. The anticipated performance period is from 10/01/2019 to 09/30/2024 The performance period includes a one-year Base period and 4 one-year option periods (if exercised). This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is unrestricted and is conducted under the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13, incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01.
