The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service's Pacific Regions Contracting and General Services Office is issuing a request for quotation for a firm-fixed price construction contract for a ditch rehabilitation project at Colusa NWR in Colusa, CA. The magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 237990 and the size standard is $36.5 million. The contractor will be required to commence work under this contract within 10 calendar days after receipt of the notice to proceed and complete all work by August 31, 2019. The Government anticipates to issue the Notice to Proceed immediately following receipt of bonding requirement. The basis of award will be the lowest price determined fair and reasonable.
