The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) - Contracting and General Services (CGS) Region 1/8, located at 911 NE 11th Avenue; Portland, OR 97232, is issuing an Invitation For Bid for a firm-fixed price non-commercial items construction contract for the Reuse Water System Rehabilitation Project (see attached Statement of Work) located at Lahontan National Fish Hatchery Compound, Gardnerville, Nevada. The magnitude of this construction project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The basis of award will be the lowest priced responsive bid pursuant to FAR Part 14 and result in an award to the responsible bidder pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. Award is expected to be made within 4 weeks of the bid due date. The performance period of the resulting contract will be from issuance of the Notice to Proceed through the number of days specified in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. To be considered for award, interested contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at (https://www.sam.gov)
