The Department of the Interior (DOI)/Interior Business Center (IBC), Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD) on behalf of The Division of Forestry and Wildland Fire Management (DFWFM) is negotiating on a contract to provide program and information technology support services to assist the Division in its mission of administration and oversight of the National Indian Forestry and Wildland Fire Management Program. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items), FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedure) and FAR Part 16.5 (Indefinite Delivery) .This is a 100% set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) in accordance with DOI-AAAP-0011-v2. The acquisition will be solicited anticipating award of a Single Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Time and materials contract. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the Federal Business opportunity website. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 25-NOV-2019 with a closing on 11-NOV-2019.
