This RFI is for market research and planning only; it is not an RFP/RFQ, no proposals or quotes are being accepted, and the government will not reimburse response costs. The government is assessing industry capability to provide nationwide/multi-jurisdictional medical record review and consultative services for Medicare Parts A/B/C/D and Medicaid audits, evaluations and inspections, and expert consultant/witness support for OIG investigations and counsel. A draft PWS is provided for industry feedback and may change before any future solicitation. Respondents should provide high-level, non-price information on corporate capability and experience, technical methodology, quality and staffing, past performance from the last five years, cost drivers, and recommendations to refine the PWS, without proprietary pricing or proposal content.
