C--OSHA A/E Renovation Design and Phasing Services
The Department of the Interior, on behalf of OSHA, intends to award a single, firm-fixed-price contract for architect-engineer design and project phasing services to consolidate/renovate exterior suites in the Frances Perkins Building in Washington, D.C. The required work must be completed within 12 months of award, with optional construction procurement assistance and management services also not exceeding 12 months if exercised. The scope covers existing conditions surveys, design documents across multiple disciplines, a phasing plan, and construction procurement documentation, with evaluation based on qualifications, specialized experience (including historic infrastructure, asbestos mitigation, daylighting, energy conservation, and renovation phasing), capacity, and past performance.
