The Department of the Interior intends to award a sole source contract for Spectrum Engineering Technical Services Support and Licenses, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The work involves planning and analyzing Radio Frequency (RF) coordination as mandated by the Presidential Memorandum on Spectrum Policy and the National Spectrum Strategy. The scope includes RF Analysis Methodology and a Participation Framework.
