V--Relocation of MIIN Historic Barrack Building
This is a pre-solicitation notice for information and planning purposes only; no quotes or proposals are being requested at this time. The Department of the Interior, through the National Park Service Historic Preservation Training Center, intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract for relocation of one historic barrack building at Minidoka National Historic Site in Jerome, Idaho. The work requires two mobilizations: first, separate and temporarily relocate the building to a stable cribbing tower so HPTC can complete structural floor repairs, with the building anticipated to remain in that temporary location through approximately May 2027; then remobilize and place the building on its new permanent foundation. The acquisition is anticipated to be a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 238990, with a 12-month period of performance from notice to proceed. Interested contractors must notify the contract specialist and contracting officer of interest and be registered and active in SAM to be eligible for the eventual solicitation.
