Inactive Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Department of the Interior intends to negotiate a sole-source agreement with Freefly Systems Inc. for specific unmanned aircraft systems, payloads, and accessories. The required systems must meet or exceed Office of Aviation standards for a sub-55lb UAS with multi-payload capacity, including for the IGNIS payload, and comply with specific federal acquisition regulations. This is a pre-solicitation notice and not a request for competitive quotes. Firms believing they can meet the requirements may submit information about their products and services to the Contracting Officer for evaluation. The Government may proceed with the sole-source award if no acceptable responses are received.
