The purpose of amendment 7 is to notify all interested vendors that solicitation # 140D0425R0119 has been revised to solicitation # 140D0425R0055. A new posting to SAM.gov will be forth coming. Therefore, all interested vendors shall only respond to the proposal instructions as listed in solicitation # 140D0425R0055. On July 29, 2025, Fort Cavazos was renamed Fort Hood. As such the new solicitation and associated documents have been revised to capture the name change. I The solicitation # had to be changed due to formatting issues, incorrect FAR Clause Matrix/clauses, errors in the Instructions to offerors and the Evaluation Criteria. The new Solicitation (# 140D0425R0055) addresses all the concerns mentioned above as well as the addition of new task/projects. The new solicitation is structured to be more in line with a FAR Part 36, Construction Contracts. No additional site visits will be offered as they were offered and executed per the timelines noted in the original solicitation # 140D0425R0119. The revised due date for proposal is September 11, 2025, 1200PM EST. Submission instructions are noted in the solicitation. Due to limited year-end funds, the Government may not be able to award all base and optional line items under solicitation # 140D0425R0055. However, all proposals will be evaluated in accordance with the solicitation criteria. The Government reserves the right to make partial awards, no award, or cancel this solicitation entirely, depending on the availability of funds.
