The objective of this source sought and RFI is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification and provide the Microsoft Unified Support Agreement & Industry Solutions Delivery (MUSA & ISD) Statement of Work (SOW) for industry comment. The purpose of this requirement is to formalize an enterprise-wide services contract aimed at furnishing the DOI with a centralized Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contract vehicle for accessing Microsoft Unified Support and professional consulting services across all DOI Bureaus and Offices. These support services encompass proactive assistance designed to sustain and enhance the health of DOI Microsoft products, cloud infrastructure, and operations.
